Paul's Photo is a photographer's mecca. With knowledgeable and friendly staff in the store, they always meet my needs both in the store and on the phone. They efficiently ship packages with care. The Lab produces great prints and ordering them through the website is super easy. Finally, the classes offered through the Creative Photo Academy are terrific. From beginning to advanced photography classes, the staff and other participants are invested in your success. In person and on the Zoom (an up-side to the pandemic), you will learn how to see and take terrific photos. There are also amazing adventures, like this one to see the Polar Bears in Churchill, Canada.

girls in “the lab” were great on the phone, great in person. very professional and informative. got my photos digitized at a fair price and very quick, great quality too. I can tell they took good care of my family photos. thank you!

Accidentally bought a used lens (the only indication on their website was an ‘e’ somewhere on the model/sku number) and noticed that it was in very poor condition on receipt. After asking to return I was told I would only be able to get a store credit or use this purchase as credit for a new lens from them. Be careful when buying anything used from here. You will not be able to see what you get until you receive it in the mail, after which point you are already out of luck. Will not buy from here again. Ebay has more accurate descriptions of items!

Maybe the best small photo retailer in L.A. For sure they are the best in the south bay Beach community. The service is great and their knowledge is unparalleled. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit, but that is because they treat everyone with the utmost care and respect. They are teachers as well as sellers of photography gear. They also offer superior print services for excellent prices. I love the family vibe. Today was print day!

Paul’s is AMAZING! Staff is great and knowledgeable. We no longer have a camera store close to us that’s stocks as much as Paul’s. Every time they have shipped my gear to the house it arrives well packaged and in great condition! They ship super fast as well!

After reading many of the reviews I went to try this place out. It's OK. The service dropping off was ok. When I picked up my camera the gentleman that was helping me was not very interested in answering my questions. Hate to say it but felt it was my appearance,being a long haired Hispanic looking guy. But when other customers are being treated differently from me not sure what to think. I was also told that I will be called within 24 hours to pick up my camera and I had to call to co firm. These are my reasons for a three star rating. Not sure I will come back.

This Camera store is amazing. When no one else had batteries for the R5/R6 in stock, this store was the first to reply to me out of the 15 I sent. Mark confirmed they had batteries in stock and sent me a link to them to order. He also confirmed he would be able to mail the package same day. That was yesterday, and today I have my batteries; bought at market price, and not a $30 markup like some places. While Amazon has it's place, I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this Store's website for camera related gear. Well done guys! I will definitely be a return customer based on their fantastic customer service and great communication!

Called to confirm the lab could develop some old film for me. Went through some questions and felt good about it. Drove all the way there and they say the can't do this type, even though we confirmed they could. Wasted my time. Idiots.
